On
the morning of August 18, a delegation of 26 members from Hong Kong Young
WomenĄŻs Christian Association visited Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, and had a
friendly meeting with the officials from the Division of Social Welfare on the
elderly welfare development in Shanghai. The delegation also
paid a visit to the Social Affairs Acceptance and
Service
Center and Daily Service Center
of Bansongyuan Subdistrict.
