Heat waves have been dominating the City of Shanghai these days, and the leaders of Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau are much concerned about the health of its employees working in the intense heat. Director-general Ma Yili, Deputy Director-general Fang Guoping and Vice Director-generals Gao Julan, Wang Wanli, Yao Kai, Zhou Jingbo and Wang Wenshou go among the bureau-affiliated grass-root organizations, talking with the employees and bringing them drinks and towels to help them cool off a little. The employees are greatly inspired by the loving cares shown by the Bureau leaders.
