On 23 June, 2010, the Annual Preparation Meeting for Public Satisfaction Appraisal of Service Industry was held by Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau (SCAB). Zhou Jingbo, Director of the Disciplinary Inspection Group and Vice Director of the Spiritual Civilization Construction Committee Office of SCAB, and people-in-charge from various divisions and centers of the Bureau attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the Civilization Office of the Bureau conveyed the principal messages of 2010 Annual Preparation Meeting for Public Satisfaction Appraisal of Service Industry co-hosted by Shanghai Spiritual Civilization Construction Committee Office, Shanghai Municipal Statistics Bureau and Shanghai Investigation Contingent of National Statistics Bureau of China. The appraisal this year is based on Expo service as the guideline, covering 10 aspects including environment and facilities, appearance and manner, public affairs work, integrity of industry, service attitude, professional level, response capability, working performance, compliance with disciplines and measures for the convenience of the public.
